- Open a web browser.
- Visit the TeamViewer website ( https://www.teamviewer.com).
- Click the Download TeamViewer button.
- Click the downloaded installer.
- Click the Basic installation option.
- Click Personal / Non-commercial use.
- Click Finish.
- Click Next in the TeamViewer window that appears after installation.
- Enter a name and create a password for student computer.
After installation teacher can see the team viewer id and password.
Share this id and password with support team which will be used to connect to student computer remotely.
Support team can connect to student computer and quickly identify and fix the issue.
Note : After sharing the id and password do not close the TeamViewer window until the support team connects remotely.
